SHIPPING + DELIVERY

SHIPPING

VANAOC offers complimentary Australia Post Express Service for all Australian orders and DHL Express for international orders. 

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email notification providing you with a tracking number.

Due to the high value of our pieces, all deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest post office to be collected with photo ID (Australia) or local DHL depot/organised for redelivery (International).

Please ensure your details and delivery information are correct, as VANAOC are not liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. 

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm AEST or over the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday.

Please note that after a launch night, processing times may take 1-4 business days for the order to be process and dispatched, due to an increased volume of orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + DELIVERY 

Please note that VANAOC is not responsible for any possible custom fees, import duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. Any custom fees, import duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed, are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that VANAOC does not have any control over these fees, and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for additional details. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible and cannot reimburse you for any customs and taxes paid upon delivery. VANAOC does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. 

 

DELIVERY

Orders using Australia Post Express Service are typically delivered within 1-4 business days, depending on location.

International orders using DHL Express are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on location.

Once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post/DHL, VANAOC is not liable for misplaced, lost, or stolen parcels. 

Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such VANAOC will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
