RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All our VANAOC jewellery have been specially designed and made using the highest quality materials. We pride ourselves on providing customers with high quality jewellery that go through multiple quality control checks. Due to our slow manufacturing process, each piece is carefully hand checked one by one, both in the factory (Saigon, Vietnam) and in our warehouse (Melbourne, Australia). In the unlikely event that an item has a manufacturing fault, VANAOC will gladly offer an exchange or credit to the value of the piece(s) within 30 days of the dispatch date. 

Due to health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

VANAOC does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. It must be returned in all its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from VANAOC.

VANAOC will not accept returns if products:

  • are not returned in their original condition and packaging

  • are showing signs of wear/damage

  • are returned outside of the return timeframe

Please email customercare@vanaoc.com within 30 days of the dispatch date for your return authorisation and instructions for the items you wish to return. Upon approval, the jewellery must be returned safely via Australia Post Express Service or DHL Express, with all tracking provided at the customer’s expense and will remain the customer’s responsibility until confirmation of being received by our customer service team.

VANAOC credits will be issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. The credit will be valid to use online for a period of three years.
